I work with teachers, leaders, schools, and districts to create professional learning that is reflective, practical, motivating, and grounded in what people are actually experiencing. That might mean a keynote, a workshop, facilitated professional learning, leadership thought partnership, or sustained work around culture and the conditions shaping a school.

The BOLD Line was created in response to the emotional, cultural, and organizational pressures schools are navigating today. It gives teachers and leaders a way to look beneath programs, expectations, and outcomes and examine what the system is actually producing for the people inside it.
